Refund policy

At Maison Georgette, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not delighted with your order, we are here to help.

 

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please note the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order. Final sale items cannot be returned.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned items that meet the conditions. 
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at boutique@maisongeorgette.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Please be aware that after the 10-day window, we are unable to accept returns. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes an exchange is more suitable. Maison Georgette offers exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange Window: Exchanges can be requested within 20 days of receiving your order. Final sale items cannot be exchanged.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned items that meet the conditions. 
  • Process: To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at boutique@maisongeorgette.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. We will guide you through the process.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us
